The menu link Help>ClearView (Customer Portal)>Viewpoint Knowledgebase is dead. And, it's curious that the direct link to Viewpoint Academy is named Viewpoint Online Training instead of Viewpoint Academy. When training our new users, we often direct them to Viewpoint Academy as it's such a great resource. But, they don't realize its accessible through the Help menu until we explicitly tell them it's referred to as Viewpoint Online Training.
