Eligible Date Field for Leave Codes - Arizona Law (others I assume as well) an employee accrues sick time from day one. However they are not eligible to use it for 90 days. I would suggest adding an eligible date field so that they are prevented from entering a request or entering sick time prior to the 90 day mark.
Washington State has a very similar law. Sick Leave starts accruing as of the hire date but the employee is not eligible to use the accrued sick leave until they have been employed for 90 days.
