I opened a ticket about this but was basically told I was SOL and to submit a change suggestion so here it is. When emailing from Vista, my users have a different email form and experience depending on which module/program they are running. For instance, when emailing out from the PM module, running the PM Purchase Order program, when I go to send a report/document, whatever using email, the attached Form 1 is what I and my users see. This was also the form that my users saw in the SM module, SM Work Orders until very recently. Now, when emailing from SM Work Orders, they see what I have attached as Form 2. Support cannot give me a reason for this nor do they seem overly concerned about actually helping me figure this out so I'm making a suggestion.
