2020 required reporting of Box 14 earnings for 4 different periods into Box 57, 58, 59 & 60. Info needs to be reported based on paid date. I am not aware of any current reports available that can be run by paid date. (Would like similar to PR Timecard Entry report but with dates that are paid date to run by instead of worked date)

Thanks Gary. Would have been nice if the person I chatted with on Friday mentioned this to me.
The PR Payroll Register can be run for a range of Pay Period Ending or Paid Dates. Using the Paid Date option and specifying the date ranges identified by the CRA for reporting COVID earnings should give you the values needed.
The 2020 T4 initialization, print and eFiling process is being developed to handle this requirement as part of the regulatory update - i.e. users will not need to calculate and manually enter these new box items
