Furnish Forms 1095-C to Employees Electronically - Add to PR ACA Process

To encourage social distancing, being able to electronically email Forms 1095-C to employees would be very beneficial.

  Employee consent to receive W-2s and 1095-Cs electronically is supported in both Vista and Aatrix
