Hard to tell when someone had a license issued if having to convert all times from UTC to local time. Perhaps a setting in VA Site settings to provide a local timezone for conversion (Daylight Savings allowance assumed).

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
An additional column in the Logged on users form showing the translation to server time or even local system time would be an alternate approach.
