If an HSA policy is not based on a calendar year, then there is manual work to be done each pay period to ensure the employee isn't over-contributing or is able to fully contribute without the deduction prematurely quitting before the end of the period. Having the ability to reset the limit (accumulations) mid-calendar year would resolve this. The workaround involves manipulating PR Employee Accumulations per employee, and involves risk of error and add'l time.
