A field added to the PR Leave Codes to track employee leave usage for that year, when there are limits in place for that specific leave code; that way you do not have to manually track how many hours the employee took off. (My company has over 250 employees and manually tracking each employee to make sure they did not use more hours than they are allowed in one year is a nightmare!)

To clarify - this would be a YTD (calendar year) displayed value of employee's usage for the Leave code - correct?
We are planning to work on PR Leave later in 2024 - we will consider this along with the other great suggestions for Leave
@Gary any idea if or when we might be able to get this feature ??
YES!! This is so needed. We are just now to this point and queries/spreadsheets are so cumbersome!
Yes, we also need this feature. I realize that you can limit accruals, but we do not want to limit accruals as they can be carried over; however, we need to limit usage.
