Our Employer pays for our Dental insurance so we have a rate = 0.00 on the liability codes associated to this benefit code. However, we use the Employer Cost amount to pay the insurance bills. Unfortunately, this amount must be manually updated for every employee on HR Resource Benefits when the Employer Amount paid changes each year or so. A mass update feature on all HR Resources for Employer Cost would save time and improve data quality.
