Accounting has to make entries for OCIP jobs every month-end and we run the UPS PR Job/WO Cost Report which gives us a list of all OCIP jobs for which we need to make entries. Currently, if a job only has payroll charges to nonbillable phases, then the job doesn't show up on the OCIP job list. We need an option to include payroll charges to nonbillable phases when running the report, please. All jobs that are marked as OCIP need to show up on the list, regardless of costs hitting billable or nonbillable phases so that entries for these are not missed.
