SM Invoicing: Ability to add Credit Memo while creating invoice

Problem:

While invoicing there is no way to add Subtotal discounts or credit memos.

An Idea:

Similarly to how there is a Payment box within the SM Invoice Review form, it would be very useful to have a Credit box wherein the user could enter the appropriate info and have it posted along with the invoice.
