The new 1099 NEC forms, do not correctly fit in the envelope as the city, state and zip code box cannot be seen through the window of the envelope. Our forms and envelopes were purchased through Viewpoint. I confirmed with Gina Weintz that it is not a printing issue with fonts, etc. The information/boxes need to print higher up on the paper form in order for all of the address boxes to be seen through the envelope window. Needs to be fixed for 2021 1099 filing. Had to find a temporary fix for sending out the 2020 forms.
