Hook up 'Double click an Inquiry line' to act same in custom tab as it does in WorkCenter.

Problem:

Double clicking an "inquiry" line in a custom tab does not open the related form, like it does over in a Work Center.

Setup:

If you add two fields (KeyID and FormName) to the inquiry and add that inquiry to a WorkCenter, double clicking on one of the result lines will open the specified form.

Solution:

Extend this same functionality from the WorkCenter, to Inquiry results when used in a custom tab.

This would greatly improve the usability of the VA Inquery!

Related Wish:

Also honor the Visible In Grid setting when the Inquiry results are shown in a custom tab.
