Currently, there is no way to setup a leave code in PR Leave Codes that will account for an employee that must work a minimum number of hours per pay period to accrue leave. It would be beneficial if there was a section in PR Leave Codes that allowed a user to input a minimum hours worked for accrual to take effect.
EXAMPLE: Employee is eligible to receive vacation time after working > 30 hours
IF: Employee has a leave code assigned with the minimum hours worked field completed
WHEN: The employee has hours processed > minimum hours worked
THEN: Employee receives accrual rate designated in the leave code
