We have a customer that we need bill the units completed each month. The issue with progress billing is that if we are delayed in getting the bill generated, it contains units submitted after the end of the moth. For example, this month's bill should contain units for 3/1-3/28. In order for that to be 100% accurate, we would need to generate all bills first thing 3/29. That's not always possible. Because we can't define the date range to include (actual units date), we have to generate the bill and then pull a separate report, see which units were added after 3/28, and then modify the bill accordingly.
