We use Formatta eforms in order for our field users to submit their invoices, sub pay apps and field checks for processing into Vista. Now that they will be coming into Vista storage, for each invoice submitted there are two attachments. One for the eform and one for the invoice. The AP staff will have to open two documents for each instance for review. This additional action can really be inconvenient and take up more time when processing several thousand invoices a week.
