Create SM Work Orders in the Portal

Users should have the ability to create SM Work Orders in the Portal instead of having to do them through Vista

  I imagine they would add this feature in the new Field Service product. I see that has the ability to manage current work orders but I don't see option to add new one. I don't see a suggestion in the suggestion box for that product either. The suggestion box for that product is linked below.
