New Customer POs and Field Ticket functionality would allow us to manage T&M billing a lot easier on contracts with customer based billing systems. Those contracts typically come with a lot of customer POs and a huge number of field tickets, both are customer driven and could easily be imported into Vista from those customer billing systems. Not having the ability to import would set us back a ton, since both POs and Field Tickets must be created before costs are entered, and on those type of projects we are dealing with very tight customer daily submission deadlines.
