Printers that work with Check Printing

After the 2020 R1.09 update, the fonts changed for check printing and my HP 402N does not support that font so the checks are hard to read and I've actually had checks returned because the address couldn't be read. What printers will work?

    Systems support looked into the issue and said the fonts were changed and our IT downloaded the fonts which still didn't work. System Support said they have had 5 or so clients with the same issue with the same printer.

    I think you need to replace the fonts on the local computer that is printing the checks. I had some clients that the fonts were deleted during the update. Viewpoint should be able to assist you or I'd be happy to assist pro bono.
