We recently had a Vista update which has caused the PR Register to place one employee's detail on different pages which makes it difficult to view all of their pay details in one view. Some pages have the name at the bottom of one page and then all of the payment/deduction details on the next page or half of the check detail for one employee on one page and the rest on the next page. The old format was much more suitable for payroll register reviewing to ensure everything is correct. I would prefer that entire employee details be listed on one page even if there is a large space left open on the previous page.

Or add a checkbox option for this report to display as before with page breaks so everyone is happy (I recently learned from Viewpoint that this was implemented because others requested it to consolidate information and reduce page sizes for exports/general use.) I strongly suggest Viewpoint add option boxes instead of just implementing a large change like this. I personally cannot imagine anyone wanting to view the PR register with EEs straddling 2 pages...Every single person who uses the PR register at my company has complained about this new format. The report does not have to be one EE per page but just go back to the original format where no employee straddles 2 pages
