Employees can apply for an exemption to the tax if they are over the age of 18 and attest that they have long-term care insurance purchased before November 1, 2021. So, the tax will not be applicable to all employees; those that have applied for and received the exemption (opt-out) and those who are not WA residents. Any suggestions on how to set this up in Vista?
