EM Standard Maintenance Group Item Part Quantities default to EM Equipment Parts if they exist

When adding parts to EM SMG Items, the current default quantity is '1'. If a part exists in EM Equipment Parts, the Description defaults to the EM Equipment Parts Description. Because of this, I have to have both programs open and EM Equipment Parts filtered to the equipment I am making an SMG for. This makes EM Equipment Parts near useless if I have to enter everything over again when making an SMG. Since the description already defaults from EM Equipment Parts, I don't see why the quantities couldn't as well.
