It would be helpful when hovering over a vendor's name in any module other than the vendor master, for that vendors notes from the vendor master to pop up. This would allow all to see important information pertaining to that vendor to be know. Increase communication company wide.

This! I was just searching Knowledgebase yesterday to see if I could find this functionality - if for some reason I was missing it in Vista. The ability to have a warning flag or notice pop up when certain vendors are selected. This is a great idea!
A situation we run into frequently is when vendors do not have the appropriate tax licenses to charge us sales tax, so we are required to accrue and remit use tax! This is a situation that would be helpful to have something that can indicate to the accounting team the situation.
