Tax code not not displaying when prompted on Purchase order entry screen.

9/10 times the tax code does not display when prompted on the purchase order entry screen. When you go to Add purchease order to process and post, in order to get the tax code to come up you need to go to the grid and try there then go back to the info screen and try again there and it will come up? If it dosen't at this point you have to assume the job is not taxed.
