Individual user controls or options for the DM Document viewer as opposed to a universal check box

We had a problem opening attachments and found that we could have the Vista viewer open automatically in our default PDF viewer (for us, Adobe). This change worked great for many in our office because it saved from making the steps of exporting to Adobe. However, there were other departments who utilize annotations to address status of projects or for signatures on the documents before sending them out.

It would be nice to have this option user based instead of universal, seeing as each department may have a different need for various parts of this feature.

    Agreed! Also would be beneficial to be able to set the default zoom per user when using the DM Document Viewer. It defaults to ~25% which isn't very legible on many documents. If we could change it to 50%, it would be much more usable.

    A global setting would be ok as well.
