In our AP payment check runs, and ultimately AP Payment History, we store a copy of the check image or EFT remittance page AND the bank's confirmation showing the EFT was sent. We think that having this information at the transaction level is useful.
Recently, we tried to implement AP Email Pay Info into our workflow. When we were testing it out, it emailed the check or EFT remittance page AND the bank's confirmation. This is obviously not what we want to do.
I don't see that there is a work around for this so I would like to make this suggestion.
