The Add Attachment button in SM Invoices opens a Windows dialog for you to attach a PDF that is on the hard drive. We need to attach the Completed Work Order Report and other attachments to the invoice that are already attached to the Work Order. Now we need to go into the Work Order, download the attachments, then when Invoicing, attach the files. This is time consuming and inefficient.
We should be able to select from a list of attachments to the Work Order to include with the invoice.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Even better would be to have a configuration option to always include certain attachment types to the Invoice.
