Subcontract # Defaulting to incorrect subcontract for PM Pending COs

For PM Pending Change Orders, under estimate/purchase details tab - When there are multiple subcontracts for the same subcontractor, the subcontract # is automatically defaulting to the newest created subcontract. The newest subcontract isn't always the correct one so it should not be defaulting to an incorrect item. You should have the option to default to the MOST USED subcontract or generate it to be blank so you have to manually F4 to choose the correct subcontract when multiple subcontracts exist. This causes issues when the wrong subcontract is chosen, if it is not caught right away the whole line item has to be deleted and re-entered creating a time consuming issue for both operations and accounting.
