When setting an employee to Inactive, we get a Yes/No dialogue box (which defaults to Yes) asking us if we want to delete Auto Earnings for the employee. If we accidentally choose the default this causes Payroll headaches. Like many construction companies we are seasonal and frequently switching employee status from active to inactive and back again. Ideally, this prompt should default to "No" or be eliminated.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
