Need to enable the use of HTML in the HR Benefits Codes Notes tab in Vista. This is needed to be able to display formatted text (e.g., bold, underline, hyperlink, line breaks, etc.) in the HRM Employee Portal for each benefit description since it pulls from that tab in Vista. Currently, the tab only accepts plain text, so there is currently no way to format the text that is displayed to the end user.
