If there are benefits attachments pertaining to a particular enrollment year, have the ability to show or hide them in the HRM Employee Portal based on the specified year. For example, if plan summaries for 2021 and 2022 are attached and a new hire is enrolling for benefits for 2021, the 2022 attachment should not display for that person while the 2021 enrollment is occurring. Currently, all attachments are displaying and this could cause confusion if similar attachments for different years are available.
