If an employee is off work and not to be paid in the normal, auto-earnings fashion (this came up a lot during COVID), it would be nice to have a checkbox that will stop their auto-earning from processing for 1 week. Rather than pulling the processed auto-earning into a timecard batch.
This can now be accomplished by changing the Frequency, but have to remember to change it back.

Darrell,
Have you used scheduled changes in Vista? You can change the frequency to an inactive code and then schedule a change to move it back before payroll runs the next week. Right click the frequency field and go to scheduled changes.
