On the JB T&M Bill Set up form, a summary option is needed which would allow users to initialize Misc materials ordered to a PO with the description field populated, but not also add all the balancing transaction lines into the invoice. As it is right now, only Summary option 1 will initialize the Desc field on Misc items, but Summary option 1 also adds all the balancing transactions. This means, users have to go through and manually remove all the balancing transactions from the invoice detail which is very time consuming.
