IN THE EMPLOYEE MODULE, WHEN ENTERING AN OVERIDE HOURLY RATE, THE SYTEM WILL 1.5x OR 2x THE RATE FOR OVERTIME AND DOUBLETIME. IT WOULD BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO PUT A 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT RATE IN THERE AS WELL FOR SHIFT DIFFERNTIALS. THIS CAN BE DONE IN THE CRAFT MASTER FOR THOSE WHO MAKE THE REGULAR CRAFT/CLASS RATES BUT FAILS TO PAY THIS DIFFERENTIAL FOR THOSE PAID A HIGHER SCALE RATE.
