Currently SM Aging is used by our Service department and pushes into the company wide AR Aging. If AR Aging makes an adjustment to a SM Service Payment that adjustment does not push back into SM Aging. So if the customer short paid us .84 cents and AR adjusts that into an over/under account. The AR Adjustment does not push back to SM Aging and SM will always show that $0.84 cents as due on that customers aging.

It would be nice if that AR Adjustment could pull back into the SM Aging so that both match. I don't need my Service department spending time chasing things that AR already fixed.

Likewise, we can go through a long process of undoing the AR adjusting entry. Adding and billing the <$0.84> credit in the Service Work Order. Then having AR pick up the entries to balance. But that is a lot of work for .84 cents. It would be better if the system could somehow make SM and AR match by pushing the AR adjusting entry down to SM Aging.
