We need the ability to define tax codes that would:
Be assigned at the Contract or Contract Item Level
Not impact amounts billed to customers in any way...
BUT calculate a payable based on amounts billed to customers
For example: South Dakota Contractor's Excise Tax is 2% of a prime contractor's gross receipts on any work performed in the state.
