Within in multiple programs in Vista you can only view how much has been costed to a PO once the transaction has been approve and posted or posted through AP transaction entry, such as shown in the Other Info tab. There are times where a PO is costed to multiple invoices at once in Unapproved Invoice Entry but it is not possible view how much is currently being costed to that PO. This makes it so if a PO or line is being exceeded it is impossible to know by how much unless you look at each individual invoices and add amounts together. This could even be added to other programs like PO Purchase Order Entry to view in the Costs tab. Being able to see this would be very beneficial when trying to know how much is being costed to a PO.
