Approval Process for AP Check Print with a hard stop of printing until checks are approved

Our auditors requires a check approval process that limits the ability for AP to print checks until they have been approved. We currently have FM in Viewpoint One that gives us the ability to reject checks in a batch, however it does not stop checks in the batch from printing.
