adding shift differential rates to the PR Employees module for those paid above scale

for those hourly employees that are paid above union craft/class scale, their over ride rate is input in the PR Employees Add'l Info tab. Although the EC for straight/o.t./double time works, the shift differential does not get included as it does from the class/craft setup modules. it would be fabulous to add 2 additional Hourly Rates fields in the PR Employee screen for a 2nd and 3rd shift rate for these people.
