In previous versions of Vista, notes used to be added to the AR Customer record if the Customer was created from the Call Handler that included the call number. This was helpful for our AR team to follow up with whoever created the customer if there is information missing such as Tax Codes.

Open SM Call handler.
Filter by "Work Order Number"
It would be even nicer to have an [Open Connected Call] button inside the SM Work Order window, or at least from one of the menus on the top.
