Option to remove the mileage lines from the invoice when using flat rate vehicle charges

TCS uses a flat rate vehicle charge. the mileage lines still accumulate and this creates confusion with the customer and many times phone calls. It would be nice to have the option so these mileage lines do not show. Mileage of course is used internally for vehicle allocation.
