We have a number of union employees that have an employee specific additional pay per hour, which due to moving between rates based on job and union cannot be effectively accounted for using the main employee hourly rate.
It is presently possible to calculate a rate per hour addon using PR Automatic Earnings, but not a factored rate per hour. Since this addon is a rate modified by overtime it would be helpful to have the factored rate available to implement this type of employee specific addon through automatic earnings. Currently we have to run an import for all the employees that this applies to after filling in their hours.
Additionally, I don't see why this wouldn't be a valid option in automatic earnings, and it is not well documented that it does not work.
