Add the option/box (Restrict by Pay Control) to release holds by a SPECIFIC PAY CONTROL Number in AP Hold & Release. We apply a Pay Control Number to all job related AP Invoices. This number designates the project number & month that the invoice is billed to the project owner. (Example: 19003-01) It would be nice to release a PWP Hold (Paid When Paid) in one click instead of pulling up approximately 30 transactions in a Workfile and then having to release each hold individually. If this option was available we would enter our pay control number "19003-01" and then select the hold to be released for all invoices that have this pay control applied to them.
