Vista W2 Process was fast and easy. As soon as we were done initializing and reviewing we were able to immediately print and file. Now, we have to go through many more steps in Aatrix that seem extremely unnecessary as we have already done the steps in Vista. The print process for Aatrix is tedious and unnecessary.

We are not happy with Aatrix. Frustrated that we now have to pay to efile when we could always do it for free ourselves.
We've heard from many and will be conducting a retro once the dust settles and can survey customer reaction to this year's Aatrix transition. We're certainly open to considering any/all options that improve your experience and add value to our products - stay tuned.
