Please Dump Aatrix or at Least make it Optional Merged

Before Aatrix we would print/upload information and efile or mail all forms easily and for free. Now we must take the same information, load it into Aatrix, correct the mistakes because it is not compatible with VP, and PAY for them to efile/mail. More often than not the information is wrong in Aatrix and we must jump thru hoops to correct their side (while the info in Viewpoint is correct). Aatrix is horrible to work with and their customer service is subpar to say the least. WHY are you forcing your CUSTOMERS to perform extra work and pay for something they don't want?
