I understand Aatrix charging a fee to e-file and even process and mail W-2's. But our PA 1667 was rejected because of a check box, twice and we were charged to e-file 3 total times? I would like to understand why?

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I do agree with this comment. Our overall experience with Aatrix has been very positive, but the additional fee to refile a rejected file, I don't get.
