As with any diligent IT department, we do not give our users local admin right on thier PCs. This is hardly an inconvenience with any other applications our organization uses. However Aatrix needs updated almost daily and those updates require adminstrative right on the PCs to install. This has created a nightmare for both the users of Aatrix and the IT staff supporting this need. There needs to be a better software design for the daily updates to Aatrix. The proof of this needed change has never been more clear than in the current attitude of Aatrix users.
