Fix Vendor Master so we don't have to type First and Last Names where we have SSNs

When we imported our 1099 Vendor file into Aatrix, for every vendor who was an individual (TIN was a SSN), we had to manually type the individual's first name and last name into Aatrix. This took A LOT of extra time.
