I am required to use your program to process my 1099's. The only error was the PA State account ID, and it is rejected. I'm told how to correct it, and resubmit... which I am charged for even though your info says there is no charge for corrections within the filing date.
Then I get a notification that I will have to contact my State Dept as Aatrix doesn't support state corrections. If we are going to be required to use Aatrix, Aatrix should at least be accountable for ALL of the parts of the processing... including all corrections. If you don't support corrections for the state, you shouldn't require customers to have to submit state filings through your service.
To upload directly through my state's site, I need the information in a certain format, which is no longer accessible with Vista. No responses to email inquiries for assistance made the experience worse. I was searching for answers on the Aatrix website to be able to submit corrections by the deadline. Not the best experience.

Agreed! We had an error on our 1099-INT forms and could not change it. Now I have to figure out how to submit the correction in CA. We chose a filling date in March purposely to be able to fix any errors but looks like that did not matter.
