The state taxes did not pull in from Vista on the W2's. We had to MANUALLY enter the state taxes on all of the employees in the Aatrix (per Aatrix support chat) and then resubmit as a W2c. We were charged again for the re-submitting, which is ridiculous and we have no idea if the State taxes were submitted to our State??? So how do we find out if State received the changes and are we going to be fined for filing late now?

So, now after speaking with Aatrix support chat, we were told to resubmit using the "incomplete" filing to have it sent to state. After doing this we were charged another full charge for submitting w2's. This cost is outrageous!!
